Home Remedies for Dark Circles Under Eyes
Dark eye circles can be effectively diminished somewhat with home remedies. These remedies can be even more effective when combined with products for dark circles. By themselves, home remedies will not be as effective as the latest products developed by scientists and dermatologists – but they’re way better than leaving the house when you look like you’ve gone twelve rounds in a boxing ring.
Home Remedy for Dark Circles Under eyes
Mix the 3 ingredients together. Make sure that you have more amount of flour because its what makes it silky and have texture. Freeze it for a few minutes but if your orange juice is cold you dont really have too. Rub it on the edges of your circles for 10- 15 minutes. NOTE: This would not remove the whole thing it would just lighten and reduce it.
Mix one teaspoon flour, one teaspoon milk, a pinch of sugar, 1/4 spoon honey and squeeze half lemon juice. Apply it on face and once it is dry, rub the face with wet hands, till the pack in removed.
Grate cucumber / potato and squeeze fresh juice out of gratings. Dip two cotton balls in it and keep these cotton balls on eyes. This relaxes eyes and relieves tiredness of eyes.
Drink atleast ten glasses of water everyday. It helps you to cleanse your body impurities that will enhance to lighter the shadowy circles.
Yoga can also help you to get rid of dark circles. Do pranayam for atleast 5 minutes everyday.
Massage dark circles with any cold cream before going to bed atleast for 15 minutes.
Take proper rest and good amount of sleep. It is very helpful in preventing dark circles under the eyes.
Take a well balanced diet including green vegetables and fruits.
Do not eat junk foods and other processed foods as they contain artificial colors which lead to dark circles under eyes.
Do not leave cream on the skin around the eyes for long periods. Remove the cream applied around the eye after 10 min. No cream should be left on the skin around the eyes for long periods.
Close your eyes and cover eyelids with slices of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a cream.
Make a 1:1 mixture of fresh potato and cucumber juices. Soak some cotton and put on your eyelids and keep for 20 minutes. Wash your eyes with cold water.

Unfortunately if you’re like me and you always have dark circles under your eyes it’s caused by a slight leakage of the minor veins in the under eye skin.
